Terms and Conditions

• Installation charges one time non-refundable Rs. 1000 Plus Service Tax applicable.
• Self attested copy of ID proof and address proof along with recent passport size colour photograph along with signed application form.
• The first month's advance will be payable at the time of registration along with installations and modem charges, as may be the case.
• Service installation will be done within 3 working days from the date of realization of subscription amount.
• The account will get suspended immediately on expiry of the pack.
• Monthly subscription will be billed in advance every month for the next month.
• Monthly billing cycle will be from the 1st of every month.
• Plan change can be changed in the next billing cycle.
• ln case of service discontinuation, subscriber shall compulsorily return all the hardware including the radio modem in working condition.
• Secured indoor Wi-Fi to connect multiple PC's wirelessly, is available at Rs. 2000/- one time.
• ServiceTax is extra as applicable.
